Meet Old Skool Rippers & Balls
Francisco made his bones in Sioux Falls when he and his partners launched ODE to Food and Drinks in 2015. He then helped open The Blarney Stone Sioux Falls, and in 2018, took the reins at ROAM Kitchen + Bar. With over 20 years in hospitality, Francisco is thrilled and excited to show you a little bit of home.
