Sicilian Rice Balls aka Arancini are delicious, crispy, and deep fried in oil.  We make our Balls with a cheesy risotto and stuff them with seasoned ground beef, homemade marinara, mozzarella, parmesan, & peas. They are served with homemade marinara or crema.

Our Balls come par-fried & frozen. They can be finished off in a fryer, air fryer, or oven (Instructions included)

We will release our menu and begin accepting orders on Fridays at 12:01am. Order will be accepted through Mondays at 7:00am. We will then deliver to your home or business on Thursdays. Free delivery with $20 min. We will also stock meals in our food truck whenever we are out and about. Thank you for your business.
